Kim Box is an experienced independent director serving on public and private company boards across industries. She is a board member of McGrath Rentcorp (NASDAQ: MGRC), where she chairs the Compensation Committee and serves on both the Audit and Nomination/Governance Committees, having previously chaired the latter. Shes is a board member of Cibus, Inc.(NASDAQ:CBUS) where she is a member of Compensation Committee, Nom/Gov Committee, and a Special Strategic Committee. She also serves on the board of Med One Group, a medical equipment rental, leasing and financing company, and is a director on the board of Applied Science, Inc, a medtech firm. Kim previously served for nine years on the board of American River Bank (NASDAQ: AMRB), where she chaired the Finance & Capital Committee and the Directors Loan Committee, and was a member of the Audit Committee. With a strong foundation in global business leadership, Kim brings deep expertise in digital and workforce transformation, information technology, M&A, cybersecurity, AI strategy, and global operations. She holds the NACD Directorship Certification™ and a CERT Certificate in Cybersecurity Oversight from Carnegie Mellon University. She was named to the NACD Directorship 100™, recognizing the most influential corporate directors in the U.S, and is the former Chair of the NACD Northern California Chapter Board. Kim is a former Vice President at Hewlett-Packard, where she led a $1B global organization operating in over 100 locations. Her leadership drove large-scale transformation initiatives that reduced operating costs while increasing client satisfaction. She is widely regarded for her strategic insight, operational execution, and high-integrity leadership. As former CEO and President of Gatekeeper Innovation, Inc.(now RxGuardian following acquisition), Kim led the company through a period of rapid growth, increasing revenue by 500% and bringing pioneering abuse-deterrent packaging to market. She currently serves on the Board of Advisors for RxGuardian.
