About Kim Brisbin

In over 15 years in Fundraising Operations, I have gained experience and a deep knowledge of Annual Giving, Major Gifts, Planned Giving and Corporate Campaigns. As a results-focused problem solver, I’ve collaborated with leaders and colleagues across departments to meet business objectives and learned that the best solutions come from the synergy of multiple perspectives. I enjoy improving existing processes and tools and I particularly like to help implement new initiatives and strategies - to find creative solutions that ensure results can be evaluated and strategies can be assessed and improved. Whether I’m creating infographics, reports, training or process documentation, I focus on designing outputs that tell a story in an attractive engaging format that communicates a clear message to the intended audience. I’ve learned a lot from the many talented people I’ve worked with throughout my career. I have also enjoyed the opportunity to share my knowledge through coaching and staff development. It gives me great pleasure to help others thrive and meet both their personal development goals and those of the organization.
