With over 15 years of experience in marketing and sales, I am a passionate and driven leader who thrives on delivering results and creating value for customers and stakeholders. As the Director of Marketplace and B2B Services at Easy Weddings and Venue Crew, I oversee the development and execution of the strategic sales plan for both B2B and B2C segments, generating group customer deals, enhancing relationships with existing and new clients, and leading a high-performing team. I am committed to the mission and vision of Easy Weddings and Venue Crew, which is to make wedding planning easy and enjoyable for couples and vendors alike, and to provide a platform that connects them with quality and reliable services. I bring diverse perspectives and experiences to the team, having worked in various industries and markets, and I value collaboration, innovation, and excellence in everything I do. Prior to joining Easy Weddings and Venue Crew in September 2020, I was the General Manager of Key Accounts at News Corp Australia, where I was responsible for four key pillars - financial, customer, operational, and people. I developed strategic and tactical sales business plans for customer segments, maximised revenue growth from all target market segments, generated senior level discussions and partnerships with some of Australia's largest enterprises, managed cost centre in line with budget, and created a people-focused culture that was commercially oriented. I leveraged my skills in national sales management, group management, and business relationship management to achieve these outcomes, and I received multiple awards and recognition for my performance and leadership.
