As an Assistant Manager at Weis Markets, I oversee the grocery operations of our store and supervise several departments. I have over 20 years of experience in the customer service industry. During my time as being an assistant grocery manager, I have lead my team to beat years past sales and goals, and have helped our store manager win " Most Improved" award twice in the past year. My core competencies include team collaboration, deadline management, and building trust with vendors and customers. I have completed several online courses on interpersonal relations, human resources management, customer support and the art of leadership. My mission is to provide excellent service, quality products, and a positive work environment for my team and the organization. I am looking for an opportunity to leverage my skills and expertise in a desk position where I can help people and grow professionally.
