I've been teaching since I've taught all levels of English, both standard and honors. I have AP certification. Over the years, I've become more interested in instructional technology. Therefore, I went back to school and earned my M.Ed. in Instructional Technology from Lipscomb University in 2012. For 7 years I worked as an Instructional Technology Coach, helping teachers use more technology to enhance their instruction at Siegel High School in the Rutherford County School district in Murfreesboro, TN. Now, I'm currently working at the district office at Rutherford County Schools as a District Instructional Technology Coach with a SpEd. emphasis. I assist our district Special Education department and our district teachers in integrating technology, especially in our distance learning. I also help our Instructional Technology department in instructional training for our district.
