As Executive Vice President, Kimbel G. Clackson specializes in industrial real estate transactions in the Greater Pittsburgh market. He has experience doing market studies, location analysis, tenant representation, landlord leasing and investment sales, while frequently conducting site searches for his clients. With over 32 years of industrial real estate experience, Mr. Clackson has been involved in the sale and leasing of real estate. Repeat business is a key to Mr. Clackson’s success with numerous clients including: Mitsubishi Electric Power Products, Inc, PepsiCo, and Centimark among many others. Mr. Clackson began his real estate career in the family business in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan. In 1985, Kim and his wife Donna moved back to Pittsburgh, at which time Kim joined Grubb & Ellis. During his tenure at Grubb & Ellis, Kim achieved the honor of top industrial producer nationwide twice. Looking for new challenges, Mr. Clackson joined the Pittsburgh office of CBRE in 1995. Now in his 17th year, he continues to be one of the top producers. Kim Clackson has placed within the top 200 producers in the Americas in CBRE's Recognition Awards. Prior to entering the real estate industry, Mr. Clackson was a professional hockey player for WHA and the NHL.
