I have been in the Buyer Representation business for over 25 years and am involved in the communities I work in. From Central to Far West Texas. Having been a resident of Austin for over 30 years and recently re-locating to split time between Austin and Marathon, Texas and adding Fort Collins, Colorado in 2025. Splitting time between Central and Far West Texas and Colorado, provides glimpses into the small rural towns and cities. I've never been more optimistic about the real estate market because in my travels, I find there are still affordable, charming and livable places to consider.
