After completing my postgraduate degree in Art Therapy, I'm embarking on a fulfilling career as an Art Therapist in a private practice setting with groups and individuals. My therapeutic approach is relational and grounded in phenomenology, embracing trauma-informed and humanistic principles. Art therapy, for me, is a versatile tool that can take the form of conversations with clients or the use of various art modalities. It's all about adapting to the client and their specific needs. With over two decades of community involvement, I've been facilitating art-as-therapy programs.
