I'm the Founding Operating Partner at U&I, where we help enterprise software startups unlock transformative value during early stages of growth by developing GTM strategies and connecting founders to our Social Capital Collective to drive sales. With two decades of experience as an executive business partner and operations manager at Google, YouTube, and Alphabet, I bring strategic clarity, operational discipline, and a deep network to the startups I support. Before U&I, I worked closely with some of the most influential leaders in tech — including Google’s Co-Founders Larry Page and Sergey Brin, Executive Chairman Eric Schmidt, and YouTube CEO Susan Wojcicki — helping them execute their visions at global scale. From leading IPO roadshows and global leadership trips to managing high-performing teams and multimillion-dollar vendor programs, my career has spanned the full spectrum of executive operations, communications, and team building. Known for my rigor, efficiency, and results-driven mindset, I’m passionate about creating systems that scale, building inclusive communities, and driving equitable access to capital and opportunity. A graduate of Stanford University and a longtime mentor to first-generation students, I’m committed to impact that lasts — whether in startups, corporate leadership, or the broader ecosystem.
