My role bridges the clinical and operational sides of telehealth. I manage end-to-end onboarding workflows, and support our recruitment and medical advisory functions. Additionally, I project manage internal projects such as digital campaigns to generate qualified psychiatry leads and support business growth. I collaborate closely with marketing to align messaging and oversee website updates to ensure our digital presence reflects our clinical values and services.
