With over 16+ years of finance leadership experience being the Head of Finance and Treasury at IBN Technologies Ltd, I have not only excelled in overseeing a range of Treasury Control services but also effectively manage a certified team responsible for tasks like bookkeeping, AP/AR, and cash flow management. Together, we ensure the accuracy of financial records, timely payment processing, and effective credit management. I also manage various Treasury Control services such as: Automation tools: Creating and administering Microsoft power automate tools, that helps to create personalized workflows and increase productivity without increasing the workforce. Global Credit Card Program: Our dedicated administration team manages critical tasks such as processing credit card applications, managing account setups, monitoring transactions, investigating fraud, and resolving employee inquiries. With the expertise in operational efficiency and top-notch security, we deliver a seamless credit card experience, prioritizing streamlined processes and customer satisfaction. Bank Reconciliation: In the fast-paced world of finance, where countless transactions occur daily, it's easy for discrepancies to arise. These discrepancies can stem from timing differences, recording errors, outstanding checks, or even electronic transactions. We meticulously reconcile countless daily transactions, comparing internal records with bank statements to ensure accuracy. With a keen eye for detail, we carefully review each transaction, cross-checking dates, amounts, and references. We leave no stone unturned in pursuit of alignment and precision. Bank Guarantees: Administrating the timely issuance of Bank guarantees, by creating policy centric workflow, generating reports, and keeping a track of the cost associated with each guarantee for decision making. Customer Credit: Allotting customers, the limit that they are eligible of, by carrying out investigations, from including reports from credit agencies, to reduce the risk exposure of the company.
