In 2022, my youngest daughter spent the first six months of her life in the hospital. It was a chaotic, emotional time—with days where I could work ten focused hours, and days where I had to drop everything and rush to the Intensive Care Unit. It made me see work differently. In that in-between space, the idea for House of Finance was born—first as a scribbled thought, and then as a clear answer to something I kept noticing all around me. I saw brilliant finance professionals—people with experience, precision, and heart—struggling to keep up with the demands of traditional work. Some were single parents. Others were caring for loved ones, or building creative careers that didn’t pay the bills. What they shared was this: they didn’t want to give up doing great work—but they couldn’t do it on rigid terms anymore. So I built House of Finance - The Collective. A place where top freelance finance, administrators, and HR professionals could work with freedom and support. Where they could contribute to amazing projects—without burning out, being standby 24/7, or carrying every deadline alone. Today, House of Finance is a growing collective of specialists across Europe. We work with lean finance teams in beauty and lifestyle brands—offering calm, capable backup when things get too busy, too complex, or too fast to handle alone. We work with care. With clarity.
