About Kim Debrito

Some people say that the luckiest people in the world are those that are passionate about what they do, and for the last 10 years I have poured my passion for real estate into an award winning career. I have had the pleasure of helping over 100+ families buy or sell property in the greater Jacksonville area. As a top agent in our market, my goal is to make the process of buying or selling as easy as possible on the customer as well as getting them top dollar on their investment. No situation is the same and by being attentive, I am able to deliver tailored solutions that fulfill my client's individual needs. Prior to Real estate, my career was focused on membership sales and event planning. With a bachelor of science degree in Commercial Recreation Management, my job experience has always been centered around customer experience, relationship marketing, creativity, problem solving, and sales. Additionally, I have a strong passion for volunteering with Cancer families through an organization called Little Pink Houses of Hope. As a cancer survivor myself, this organization is very dear to my heart. The ability to be able to serve others is truly rewarding.
