As an executive coach, I partner with leaders, business owners, and professionals to realize the career and life they aspire to. As an organizational development consultant I design and facilitate strategic planning initiatives, design and deliver customized workshops and team building events, and consult on innovative initiatives that contribute to organizational growth and success. I have a master’s degree in Organizational Development from Sonoma State University, received my coaching training from the Academy of Leadership Coaching & NLP, and an Associate Certified Coach (ACC) with the International Coaching Federation (ICF). Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), combined with coaching, offers powerful communication techniques, which allows clients to shift behaviors and overcome patterned ways of thinking to reach their goals and full potential.
