About Kim Eberhardt

As a dedicated professional with a strong background in office supervision, loan origination, loan packaging and para education, I have experience supporting organizations like Habitat for Humanity, Marysville Joint Unified School District, Plumas Lake School District and Sutter Superintendent School District. I have honed my expertise in managing government loan documentation, training employees, and ensuring smooth office operations. I am also well-versed in business computing applications, from MS Office 365 with extensive work with Excel, to tools like Zoom, Teams, and Google Workspace. I find that today’s world requires adaptability and technological proficiency. And on the job if there is a tool I need to learn, it is just a fingertip away. Outside of work, I maintain a rich and fulfilling personal life. Traveling with my husband, spending time with my children and granddaughter, and immersing herself in online gaming brings me joy and the ability to unwind. To reduce stress, I practice meditation to maintain balance and mindfulness.
