About Kim Eilerman Lee

I started my appraisal career with Ohio Real Estate Consultants, Inc. in February 2001. While there, I rose from trainee to vice president, gaining invaluable experience in the valuation of a broad range of commercial categories throughout Ohio. I became state certified in Ohio in 2003, and in January 2013, received the MAI designation from the Appraisal Institute. During my time at Ohio Real Estate Consultants, Inc, I completed appraisal assignments for mortgage lending, tax appeal, estate planning and various government/quasi-government purposes. I specialized in the valuation of acquisition and development properties (subdivisions and condominiums), as well as office/medical office and both market-rate and affordable multi-family properties.In September 2018, I joined BBG, Inc, a national appraisal and valuation firm with 35+ offices, to serve as Director and establish the Ohio office. In this role, I was responsible for client development to drive new revenue sources, the day-to-day management and operations of growing staff, appraisal production, appraisal review, expert witness testimony and local/regional market specialization. I completed appraisal and consulting assignments across all commercial categories in Ohio and surrounding states, specializing in affordable housing and multifamily valuation as part of the firm’s specialty affordable housing practice. I created ELV in October 2020 to better serve my clients on a more personal level, utilizing my extensive knowledge and expertise honed over my 20-year career in commercial real estate appraisal. Understanding the importance of credible results in the fast-paced environment in which we live, I strive to provide a detailed and expert analysis of each property and market I am engaged to appraise.
