With 36 years of experience in healthcare leadership, I understand the unique challenges faced by nurses in diverse environments and strive to create sustainable solutions that promote professional growth and well-being. My mission is to advocate for the mental health and well-being of nurses while equipping them with the skills and support needed to thrive in demanding roles. I am particularly focused on bridging gaps in resources and opportunities for rural and remote nurses, ensuring they have the tools to lead with confidence and deliver exceptional care to their communities. Through mentorship, advocacy, and collaboration, I aim to inspire the next generation of nurse leaders to rise above challenges and create meaningful change in the healthcare landscape.
