My competencies are leading, coaching and helping teams to success, in mainly business to business segments. Most of my experience is from performing with and through others, sharing success. I have strong team skills and people want to follow me and cooperate. I love presenting solutions, products, stories and benefits – being on the spot, on stage. A natural part of sales management is also the ability to consume and understand data and use BI to trim performance and actions. I like to learn new stuff and challenge myself and my surroundings. Since April 2018 I am also involved in a small start up project with my two oldest sons (Sofus 23 and Gustav 26) focused on padel.
