With over 15 years of experience as a conventional and tax credit housing residential property manager professional, I am a self-motivated, leader, teacher, and motivator. My leadership and development styles are based on the belief that no matter where you are today, you must strive to be better tomorrow. Leading by example, investing in those around you, creating a positive work environment, and enlisting others demonstrates steps in being a successful leader and housing management professional. Striving for excellence in everything I do sets the bar high for both personal and professional growth. I teach that having the right attitude affects the quality of your work. Choosing the right mindset is key to determining your success in life.In addition to my own success, investing in the success of those around me has resulted in several being promoted under my tutelage. Having a diverse background in both conventional and tax credited residential property management with strengths in strategic property management, financial analysis and reporting, compliance management, operational leadership, training and development, regulatory coordination and documentation, audit management, tenant relations, rent collections and customer services skills makes me an ideal candidate for housing management professional in such areas like community property manager, housing compliance or tax credit director. My knowledge and skills in the real estate industry are continuously updated through various certifications, trainings and attending professional events. I am always eager to learn and take on new challenges.
