About Kim Hermann

I have 20+ years of international experience within people, business- and project- and change management. My strong passion for innovation and development has always been an anchor point in my professional career. I have built management competences around my academic IT background to be “complete” in my understanding of the organization. I have done software development and IT systems throughout my entire career. As people manager and team leader my focus is building mutual trust and motivation of employees as this creates the foundation for innovation, performance and quality. Commercially I have among others done international bid management and business cases of large outsourcing cases. My mission is to build bridges between technology, business, organization and people. I am a team player, value close cooperation with colleagues and stakeholders and generally work for the greater good to achieve the best results.
