About Kim Hillmer
Engineering is a passion of mine and the only field I have considered studying. I am currently a senior at Marquette University in the College of Engineering majoring in biomechanical engineering. My time at Marquette has only reaffirmed my decision to want to better healthcare by improving technology. Skills I have acquired include programming, laboratory techniques, and design and evaluation methods of prototypes. An area that has always interested me is that of robotics. I have and am currently enrolled in classes that teach robotics in the field of rehabilitation. Ultimately my goal is to branch into either clinical testing of medical devices or become a clinical engineer.
