I'm a User Experience Designer with over 20 years of experience in designing and delivering user-centric digital solutions for various clients and industries. As a freelancer, I handle every aspect of the design process, from concept to developer handoff, using UI/UX design principles, human-centered design, and gamification techniques. My most recent role was as a Design Lead at Better Design Digital, where I worked closely with clients to create user journeys, process flows, wireframes, and prototypes that prioritize excellent user experiences. I also analyzed data from usability tests to devise strategies to turn complex ideas into user-friendly designs that elevate our clients' projects. My passion for design, innovation, and customer experiences stems from my educational background in Applied Mathematics and my completion of the Google UX Design Certificate and the Yu-Kai Chou Behavioural Design Masterclass. These credentials enable me to apply critical, mathematical thinking to the strategic aspects of digital design and to craft solutions that are not only relevant but also contribute to measurable success.
