Customer Service is the most important part of any business and the attributes I can offer any company will make each customer feel special. I will bring a clear speaking voice with enthusiasm in every call or contact. I can quickly jump from one task to another with organizational skills. I am proficient in Microsoft Office, Word, Excel and Outlook. My goal is to find a position that will give me more opportunity for growth as a leader and a person. I have spent the last several years as lead Representative and feel I am ready to make the next step in my communications career. I have experience in training and leadership which gives me the ability to work well in a remote or on-site environment.
