About Kim Hurst

At Vodafone, I lead the team that ensure effective diligence and sustainable procurement to drive a resilient supply chain and regulatory compliance. I am responsible for cascading our ESG objectives into the supply chain, driving improvement for those people, community and environments where we have impact but not direct control. Previously I led the Vodafone Group Global approach to ESG reporting and regulation compliance, publishing our suite of sustainability disclosures (Annual report, GRI, UNGC, CDP, Ecovadis) and ensuring regulatory compliance (including CSRD, I lead the team and implement the operating model across our markets and business functions to build sustainability capability and best practice in target setting, building strategies for delivery, measuring and reporting progress against our KPIs. My success in working in a global team with a complex matrix operating model is reliant on my flexible approach and communication skills to build strong relationships. The ability to gain a clear understanding into business needs and deliver above stakeholder expectations has led to the success in my career to date. I have a track record of delivering transformation programmes and strategies to tight timescales whilst improving processes. I thrive on working in a fast paced team environment that offers challenges that leverage my experience and develop my career further.
