About Kim Kallinger

Driven by the belief that we can always do better, I continuously generate and explore ideas - seizing, planting, and nurturing the ones that will shake things up and grow our business. This growth-mindset, innate curiosity, and infectious optimism about the future has fueled my career trajectory so far, enabling me to carve out my own unique career path in one of the world’s leading Technology Companies. With Avanade since 2011, I am currently leading a team within the Growth Office and playing a key part in driving our five-year strategy and transformation. Bringing senior leadership together across the globe, I create and facilitate the space where co-creation, collaboration, and strategic planning happens. Previously I held the role of UX Studio Manager. I recognized the potential impact of human centered design on the employee experience, and, after gaining investment and support from the right people within Avanade, built this new capability from a standing start to create a thriving service with a global reach. My main areas of skill and expertise revolve around business transformation; workshop design and facilitation; strategy, innovation, user experience research; product, and service design. I have had the privilege of learning from the best at Avanade. My working style is open-minded, consultative, and inspiring. Those who work with me can expect to learn, grow and thrive in their own careers. I am a certified LUMA Facilitator, Project Management Professional, and Agile Scrum Master. I have 18 years of experience in the technology industry; 5 years in local government, and 2 years with a non-profit association. I keep my head clear and feet on the ground with time out in the mountains, where you can find me (but not necessarily catch me!) either mountain biking, trail running, hiking, skiing, or kayaking.
