About Kim Kaplan

I have been involved in selling and marketing real estate for over 13 years and ranked in the top 5% of Realtors in my area. My expertise and dedication have helped hundreds of happy families find their dream home. I am a designated graduate of the Realtor Institute and a MBA from Old Dominion University. I specialize in residential home selling and marketing, residential investment properties, farms, land, and corporate relocation. I recognize and value the trust placed in me as your real estate agent and will work hard to exceed your exceptions. I was born in Australia. My father was a Seabee and I traveled the globe with my family during his Naval career before settling in Newport News Virginia. I, along with my husband, Adam, a surgeon at Fort Bragg, and my daughter, Katie, have made Pinehurst, NC our home and we could not be happier. My hobbies include road cycling, pottery, Bonsai trees, traveling, scuba diving, and watching my daughter compete Hunter/Jumper on her pony. Building communities and giving back is a value that is important to me. I have a daughter with Type 1 diabetes. With every transaction, I will be making a donation in the name of my client to the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation, JDRF, to help with diabetes research.
