Managing Health & Safety of buildings to ensure compliance and resident safety. Managing budgets for repairs, gardening and cleaning. Experienced in supporting vulnerable residents facing the threat of eviction, debt, anti-social behaviour, Safeguarding and supporting with welfare or grant applications. My strengths are having the ability to create a rapport with people, and work in a person centred way. Trauma Informed.
