About Kim Larimer

I was the kid in school that was always asked to be the line leader or the office runner. I wasn’t picked for the basketball team, but I was asked to assist in its management, coordination of away games, and team promotions. So I proudly produced stats, managed practices, scheduled bus trips, sold tickets and made posters and flyers about game days. Not much has changed! Today, I still produce, manage, schedule, sell and market. My passion is leadership and finding creative ways to motivate people. Whether that is directing a team of employees, finding solutions for my client’s needs or creating a marketing campaign that dazzles new prospects. My successes included effective leadership awards, team player and effective communications recognition, and a long standard of performance excellence. I am skilled in strategic communications and project development. I combine creative thinking with a pro-active, hands-on approach while ensuring on-time delivery of major projects.
