Engineering program leader focused on software and full-stack product development. I deliver large-scale, complex initiatives across iOS, Android, web, and back end, on time and at a high bar for quality. I build and lead high-performing cross-functional teams and program managers, creating clarity in ambiguity and driving multiple programs simultaneously to successful completion. My program leadership of cross-functional teams spans engineering, product, design, data, security, legal, and go-to-market. My core strength is portfolio strategy and alignment. I drive the upstream decisions, what we invest in and why, and then set up the operating system to execute: PMO frameworks, intake and prioritization, stage gates, steering, and measurable OKRs/KPIs. I’m rigorous about resource and capacity planning (people and technical infrastructure), sequencing work so the right talent is on the right problems at the right time. I’m disciplined in risk management and dependency orchestration to keep scope, schedule, and quality under control. I’m fluent across program management methodologies, Agile (Scrum/Kanban), Waterfall, and hybrid, and pragmatic about when to use each. I partner most closely with CTO and engineering/product leaders, translate strategy into execution, make informed trade-offs on architecture, reliability, and performance, and communicate complex program information clearly, from executive summaries to data-driven dashboards and decision memos. I lead change and transformation, platform modernization, agile operating models, and process re-engineering, and ensure new ways of working stick. I’m known for building and scaling teams: hiring and developing senior talent, creating growth paths, setting clear expectations, and raising the bar on execution and culture across levels. I hold a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification and am a SAFe Agilist. Having led globally distributed teams across the US and EMEA, I bring strong business acumen and domain insight from fast-paced, technology-driven environments.
