Recently appointed as the “Western Region Cattle Manager” for “Nutrien Ag Solutions” who have 180 years of experience Australian agriculture. Nutrien are proven industry leaders in Agribusiness, delivering success across a broad range of agricultural inputs and production outcomes and marketing. This role will see Kim take responsibility for enhancing and supporting the market leading cattle team with the marketing of both commercial and stud cattle, for the benefit of producers in the Western Region. Nutrien Ag Solutions not only excel at traditional marketing methods but continually strive to develop the next generation of marketing solutions for their partners in agriculture. As the “Land Manager - Australia” for Fortescue Future Industries, whose key area of activity is the interface between Landholders and the complimentary establishment of renewable energy. This exciting role will set up our children’s children for a sustainable clean energy future whilst working in sync with sustainable food production. Clean Energy…Clean Food….Our future Previously as General Manager of Agriculture at "Harvest Road Group", Kim was responsible for the overall supply chain strategy of livestock for "Harvey Beef", Western Australia’s largest export beef processor. In this role Kim led the strategic planning, business growth, development and the management of key relationships in the supply chain. In addition he took responsibility for the Agricultural activities within the Forrest family's Minderoo Station aggregation of six properties within Western Australia's Pilbara, Gascoyne and Kimberley regions. This also includes the extensive Farming activities in the Central Midlands of WA. Kim is currently a member of the RMAC Beef Sustainability Group and he has been reappointed by the WA Minister of Agriculture to the role of board member of the “Western Australian Meat Industry Authority”. He has a strong commitment to a ethical sustainable red meat industry combined with a passion for beef supply chain development for both domestic and export markets.
