About Kim Moore

As Director at Skyline Seven Real Estate, Kim specializes in landlord representation across Metro Atlanta and the Carolinas. With a background in land sales, asset management, market analysis, and site selection, she brings a comprehensive approach to commercial real estate. Before joining Skyline Seven, Kim honed her skills at Farish Realty & Associates, where she gained experience in diverse aspects of the real estate industry. She holds active licenses in Georgia, South Carolina, and North Carolina and holds a BBA in Real Estate and Marketing from the University of West Georgia, where she also founded and led the UWG Equestrian Team. Kim is passionate about both her industry and her community. She serves on the board of YARA (Your Atlanta Retail Alliance) and the Beta Gamma Sigma Atlanta Alumni Chapter, and volunteers with The Drake House, supporting mothers and children experiencing homelessness in North Metro Atlanta. An Atlanta native and outdoor enthusiast, Kim enjoys horseback riding, golf, and traveling.
