AS a sought-after speaker, writer, and workshop facilitator, I have been blessed to work with groups around the globe to help parents understand the importance of shifting the way we raise our children to one of WITH rather than over them. Typically clients come to me because they are frustrated 🤬 and have tried everything thing they know to do to create harmony in the relationships under their roof. Together we silence the noise and distraction and uncover the root cause of the strife in their relationships. This, in combination with working through a proven program based on Jai Institute for Parenting teachings, helps a parent gain the confidence needed to become the parent their child deeply needs and desires. My 1:1 and small group coaching helps parents feel seen and heard, gives them the structure and a path to create the change they seek in the most important relationships in their lives. Bringing this information to a wider audience through speaking engagements online or in-person is the beginning of the way we shift from a dominant parenting paradigm to an intentional parenting paradigm. 🧨 As a mother of five mostly grown children I have experienced many situations I felt ill-equipped to handle, it was when I began to work on my own emotional health that I was able to cultivate the bandwidth to be truly emotionally attuned to the children who came into the world through me. I work with parents of those between the ages of 10-25, I facilitate workshops and classes for parents and staff in school districts, service organizations, and businesses.
