I’m a Certified Public Accountant with a proven track record of success in driving enhanced productivity, efficiency and compliance with accuracy and reliability. Remarkable process improvement visionary who modernizes workflow processes to streamline information and improve collection of data for continued upkeep of financial records. In my current role as Internal Auditor at Blue Cross of Idaho, I am involved in all aspects of internal control process narratives, risk assessments test plans and non-MAR audits. I ensure timely delivery of updated and certified quarterly internal control process narratives while leveraging expertise in test methodology and risk assessment levels to perform audits for test of controls. Prior to that, I was Staff Accountant at Myers & Stauffer LC where I executed Medicare and Medicaid desk reviews and field audits for various health care providers expanded across the state. During my tenure, I enabled long-term care facilities to remain in compliance with government regulations. I obtained a Master of Accountancy in Taxation from Boise State University where I also earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accountancy.
