In summary I am a highly experienced HR professional with over ten years of experience working in Senior HR roles. I am CIPD qualified with a Masters Degree, a Higher Diploma, a BA and a CIPD Diploma in HRM. I have worked at a senior level in a heavily unionised Manufacturing plant where I developed excellent relationships and trust in the plant. I have an excellent knowledge of Facilities Management and outsourcing in a strategic HR role and was responsible for the development, delivery, recruitment and selection process for the first company Graduate Program. I have also worked as a Human Resources Manager with Park Rite, Park Rite is a leading Irish outsourcing company in the transport market, managing in excess of €250 million in property assets and employing staff throughout Ireland. Established as a car park management company it has grown to become the largest commercial car park operator in the country. I have also worked as part of a large HR team in the USA supporting over employees. I have an excellent knowledge of US Employment Law and worked closely with the Board of Directors. I have over 13 years of HR experience working as a HR Manager in Ireland with a thorough knowledge of Irish Employment Law and Best Practices in Human Resources.
