I am a MINDFULNESS, HEALTH and WELLBEING COACH, SUPPORT WORKER, CELLULAR NUTRITION ANALYST, HERBALIST and NEUROMUSCULAR THERAPIST however, I work with individuals who wish to empower themselves personally and professionally, and will guide you in shifting through suppressed emotional and traumatic experiences aiding you to transform existing controlling beliefs into an enlightened mindset that will amplify your flow on all levels and will advance your quality of life exponentially. I started out in the corporate world 27 years ago. I explored the world of International Relations, working for the Diplomatic core and have operated within International markets. I have a legal degree as well as a Diploma in Corporate & Forensic Investigation. I managed an international events division in the Banking Sector and have acquired the knowledge of Mergers and Acquisitions in the Operational and Logistical environment, locally, as well as internationally. With this vast understanding of issues related to aligning cultural and business processes, I came to a thorough understanding of the business view, organizational capabilities, negotiation but most importantly the human aspects of merger and acquisition and the impact that such a major event and change has on employee’s health and well-being. My journey has lead me to a path of understanding the need to assist all souls in becoming their true selves through HEALTH, WELLNESS, HEALINGS, mindfulness, meditation and, CLASSES This approach far outweighs the corporate environment we have all been conditioned to believe in. I have studied various faiths, trained with Tibetan monks and have emanated to a greater understanding of the human spirit, consciousness and awareness we all possess. I am in constant training and studies to gain further knowledge and understanding of one's self. I use these teachings in my sessions to assist my clients to shift into greater understanding of their highest potential.
