With over eighteen years of experience in the textile industry, I am a Quality Assurance Lab Technician at Gildan, a leading manufacturer of apparel and accessories. I am responsible for ensuring the quality and consistency of the yarns produced by the company, from the raw materials to the final products. I use various testing methods and equipment, such as Uster Tester, Tensile Tester, and HVI, to measure and analyze the physical properties and performance of the yarns, and report any deviations or defects to the management and production teams. I also manage the inventory of the lab materials and equipment, and maintain the records and documentation of the testing results and procedures. I am proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, and use it to create and update reports and charts. I am passionate about delivering high-quality products that meet the customer's expectations and standards, and I enjoy working with a diverse and collaborative team that shares the same vision and values.
