About Kim Perry

Kim Perry is Senior Marketing Manager of Passero Associates, a 150+ person Architecture / Engineering firm. She leads Passero's Marketing department, strategically targeting key sectors and serving the firm with effective proposals, content marketing, public relations, social media, events, and the firm website. Kim works with leadership to define the firm's distinctive value proposition for each potential client and project. She has extensive experience in all phases of the proposal lifecycle including positioning, technical content development, proposal management, and shortlist interviewing. Kim is also the Pit Boss of Behind BBQ, and has cooked competitively across the Northeast, Appalachia, and Canada, spreading her love of good food and fun while supporting local charities and communities. She has been honored with many awards, including at the 2016 Jack Daniels World Championship, where she won the Dessert category and placed 3rd in Chef’s Choice. Kim was also named Travel Channel’s American Grilled Latrobe Grill Master during her appearance on the competitive TV show in 2014, and several of her recipes are published in the Operation BBQ Relief Cookbook, alongside those of other BBQ champions.
