Recruitment Consultant, Kim, entered the dynamic world of recruitment in December 2023. Although this marks her first foray into recruitment, Kim brings a wealth of experience as a project manager in the events industry, spanning a decade. Her background includes working on exhibition stands and exploring the carbon industry with start-ups. Based in Dorset, Kim's lifelong home, she cherishes the beauty and amenities this region has to offer. The fast-paced environment of the events industry, something she loved and missed, is anticipated to be found in the field of recruitment. Beyond her professional commitments, Kim is dedicated to her family, actively shuttling kids to various activities. In her leisure time, she indulges in water sports like paddle boarding, often accompanied by her dogs and friends.
