About Kim Phillips

I have been a Douglas County resident for the last 32 years, moving to Roseburg from Coos Bay. My husband Russ and I have a son, a daughter, a grandchild and 3 grand-dogs. They are my pride and joy. After moving to Roseburg, I worked for the Douglas County school district as a classroom assistant and office secretary at Winchester Elementary School. I then moved on the be the Administrative Secretary to the principal of Roseburg High School. Following my work with the school district I went to work in the title and escrow industry here in Roseburg for 14 years, having had 9 years of previous experience in Coos Bay. After a total of 23 years in the title and escrow industry, I decided to work directly with those amazing people to help them buy the homes of their dreams or sell their homes to start a new adventure. I love gardening and being outdoors and above all, spending time with my grandson. Client care has always been of the utmost importance to me. With my background and experience in the title and escrow field it allows me to assist my clients with all of their real estate needs. I will be with you from beginning to end with buying or selling a home.
