About Kim Prakope

I am a passionate Production Artist. I work full-time as Studio Manager/Production Artist and on my free-time I am a freelance designer, and wannabe foodie. My role as a Production Artist is to deliver artwork production files for all marketing materials to vendors. I work collaboratively with the operations team to ensure on-time and accurate materials. I have a high understanding of the print production process and its limitations. As the Studio Manger, I coordinate incoming files and distribute files to the team and review and approve prepress files for production. Daily duties: Build print-ready mechanicals, work collaboratively with the team, create templates, manage multiple projects with short lead times, maintain file management and file naming conventions and submit final artwork files to vendors. I have a meticulous eye for detail and consistency, am highly organized, good under pressure, and a technical wizard. I am an expert in Adobe Creative Cloud Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop), Microsoft Office, Font management software, FTP client software, Box, Teams, and Workfront.
