Experienced community services leader, with multiple management roles across diverse programs addressing homelessness, Youth and Family support, and AOD. As a dynamic leader, I've overseen integrated family services teams, managed crisis intervention initiatives, and facilitated innovative programs to combat homelessness, including the successful operations of the Housing First Rapid Response HEART program. With a background in Psychology and Drug Addiction studies, I bring a unique blend of theoretical knowledge and practical experience to my work. From my early days as a Client Liason Worker, to my recent role as a Support Services Manager, I've demonstrated a commitment to empowering others and fostering positive change in the community. Passionate about leveraging collaborative partnerships, advocating for marginalised populations, and driving strategic initiatives to create lasting impact.
