Who am I? I'm a data-driven nerd, an Advisory Council Member for Harvard Business Review, and a Google Certified Project Manager. My expertise lies in: Cost Reduction Strategies: I leverage data analysis to identify and eliminate cost inefficiencies across departments (think technology, processes, staffing). I set clear targets for cost reduction strategies and track progress to achieve significant cost savings for the company. M&A Integration: Once Porter Freight acquires a company, I help lead the development of a smooth transition process for integrating systems, employees, and data into Porter Freight's existing infrastructure. EOS Integration: As the Integrator for Porter Freight, I'm responsible for leading the weekly L10 meeting for the Leadership Team to ensure team alignment and manage team accountability. I lead the quarterly and annual Leadership meetings. I'm responsible for ensuring all teams across Porter are utilizing L10 meetings, aligning and harmonizing all teams. My job is to drive accountability, assist in problem solving, translating our company Vision into action, promoting our Core Values, and providing leadership consistency. Standardization for Success: I collaborate with teams across our company to identify process bottlenecks and implement standardized operating procedures (SOPs) for maximum efficiency. Additionally, I champion cost-saving technologies like NLP AI, generative AI, automation, and offshore strategies to optimize workflows. Software as a Weapon: My role goes beyond just keeping software up-to-date. I actively research and implement new software solutions, manage vendor relationships, and oversee Help Desk operations for a seamless employee and client user experience.
