Kim is a thoughtful and visionary leader, who believes that through inclusivity and empowerment she can support and guide Smile’s vision and mission as defined by its Board. As a registered nurse and health care professional, she learned to nurture her natural caring and compassionate side. Through her management experience gained within a medical sales and marketing environment she has focussed on managing, mentoring, organising, training and motivating a team of people. This focus heightened Kim’s strong belief that working as part of a team will continually grow an organisation. Kim’s working career has not only been limited to the medical field, it has included fundraising and outreach programmes for various organisations. Kim will bring experience and passion, caring and compassion to the Smile Foundation Team.
