About Kim Sarsons

I help women in midlife to become stellar care-takers of themselves and their futures. If you're ready to pursue a life of holistic wellbeing and freedom on your terms, you're in the right place! Transitioning from the demands of the classroom to the world of holistic transformational education was spurred by my journey through medical trauma in 2016 and the subsequent deep dive into self-development that followed. This included exploration into energy healing, therapeutic cannabis, and end of life doula training. Five years after recovery, I quit teaching full time and shifted to subbing so I could focus more on helping other midlife women on their path to full-spectrum wellbeing. I published my first book "Midlife Magic", inspired by my personal experience with burn-out, as a way of offering hope and support to other women. My end of life doula training has changed my relationship with life and death, and how I approach both. My ultimate mission is to empower women over 40 and help them thrive in health, wealth and the pursuit of freedom with ease and without sacrificing time. Midlife is the best time for making bold and aligned moves towards wellbeing, longevity and a life well-lived.
