I am committed to helping students make meaningful connections between math and their everyday lives, fostering a deeper appreciation for the subject. I hope to keep growing as an educator, impacting students’ learning journeys for years to come. Outside of the classroom, I am a dedicated Girl Scout leader, helping girls discover their passions while encouraging them to be courageous, strong young women who advocate for themselves. I also enjoy teaching watercolor painting, and I am proud to have won two awards at the state fair for my artwork. These activities allow me to nurture creativity, leadership, and confidence in both my students and the young women I mentor.
