About Kim Spinello

Kim has twenty eight years of professional experience, twenty six of which is with PwC (in the Atlanta, Boston and Raleigh offices). Since Kim has been with the Firm, she has been responsible for research and analysis involving various areas of taxation, including Federal and international tax issues related to the technology, life sciences, retail, and consumer and industrial products industries. From March to April 2010, Kim was a member of the International Tax Services (“ITS”) group and currently serves primarily as the Industry Engagement Partner on her clients, bringing her ITS experience to bear in this role. Kim has served numerous multinational corporations in her roles within the Industry Services Group and the ITS practice. She has served her clients on a variety of projects including preparation and/or review of federal income tax returns (including foreign compliance, such as Forms 5471), assistance with pre- and post-acquisition structuring, foreign tax credit planning, subpart F planning, various treasury and cash management planning, and performance of tax provision services for public and private audit and non-audit clients. Over the last ten years, Kim has served the community through her involvement with Junior Achievement, as a board member of the American Association of Women Accountants, Park Pride, and ArtSpace, and through her involvement with the Auburn University School of Accountancy Advisory Council. Kim and her husband Michael currently reside in Raleigh, NC with their son Lucas.
