About Kim Stark

People always ask me why? Why am I still with the same organization – after all these years? That’s easy – my number one answer to that is always: the company values! How often does someone find such a perfect match? I feel grateful that I have been able to find such a great fit, and that’s what keeps me motivated and excited to go to work. There’s never a dull moment, and I thrive on the continuing daily challenges in a constantly, changing retail environment. It is special to be part of a stable, successful company that still offers opportunity for growth and advancement. In my current role as AVP, I juggle many balls – and all lead to meeting our business objectives by helping others maximize their leadership potential. I take great pride in being an effective communicator and aligning our team to achieve a shared vision. When it comes to detail, I’m never one to be complacent, rather, always looking for a better solution, inspiring others to challenge the status quo. In all of this I am often heard saying: “Working hard and having fun do not need to be mutually exclusive” – a motto that supports our company values and a pretty good one to live by too. When I’m not at work, I‘m just as busy keeping up with my family and all the activities that go along with having two teenagers.
