I am the Executive Director of the Monterey County Vintners & Growers Association (MCVGA), a role that I have held for over 10 years. As the leader of this dynamic and diverse organization, I am driven by a mission to advance the regional wine industry and its community through effective communication, policy, and marketing strategies. With a background in management consulting and executive coaching, I bring a wealth of expertise and skills to my role. I am adept at engaging and influencing various stakeholders, from local to federal levels, through various channels and platforms. I have successfully influenced legislation, forged strategic partnerships, and managed crises, such as COVID-19 and wildfires. I have also spearheaded marketing campaigns that increased consumer engagement, membership, event participation, and regional wine sales. Additionally, I leverage my credentials as a certified executive coach to support and empower other leaders and organizations in achieving their goals and potential.
