About Kim Stirling

I love what I do, and what I do is a bit of everything. When I was 9, at my school disco, I chose to help give out snacks instead of dance. I'm still that person - a big ball of empathy who gets the deepest satisfaction from supporting my people and watching them thrive. It’s why I lead teams the way I do: they are the champions, I’m just the glue holding them together - and feeding them snacks. Years of jumping head-first into daunting projects, balancing an almost random assortment of responsibilities, have given me a first-hand understanding of how teams, processes, and operational structures succeed and fail under pressure. I’m known for seeing details others don’t, keeping everything running smoothly, and going above and beyond to support my people - and for Snags, my long-haired sausage dog. I thought I’d spend my life in film - coffee and clipboard in hand, navigating the ego-web of creatives, techs, and execs to bring complex projects to life. But while my love for the film industry faded, my passion for building impact in high-energy, mission-driven environments only grew. Enter startups, stage left. I thrive in fast-paced, high-growth environments where problems need solving, teams need structure, and big ideas need execution. Whether it’s streamlining operations, improving processes, or scaling teams, I love helping passionate people do their best work. Outside of work, much to the despair of my social life, I’m always learning something new. You might find me attempting a film score on the piano, struggling through French, testing a new recipe, building my Excel wizardry, or trying (and failing) to teach my 2-year-old tennis without getting hit in the shins.
