I have excellent experience in developing communication and conflict resolution between a diverse team of Engineers (mechanical, hardware, firmware, software, manufacturing), operations staff, production workers, customers, and suppliers. My area of expertise is continuous improvement, business analysis, and program integration. My focus is creating smooth information flow across functional departments, through human resource development, process development, and system integration. I thrive in a challenging and changing environment whose goals are on-time, on-budget, on-quality, and on-requirements delivery of projects/products.
